特徴
- Applications:Suitable for use in Confocal Microscopy, ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Image Analysis, In Situ Nucleic Acid Hybridization and Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 0.5ug/ml for 2 hrs at RT.
- Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Note: In some applications, localization of biotinylated probes with avidin produces unacceptably high background staining.
- Anti-biotin antibody may be substituted to decrease this noise.
- Source:Ascites
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
