特徴
- Actin is a highly conserved skeletal protein which is in both muscle and nonmuscle cells.
- The mammalian tissues express at least 6 unique actin isotypes.
- Alpha isotype is found exclusively in muscle cells including alpha-skeletal, alpha-cardiac, and alpha and gamma smooth muscle actin.
- Beta and gamma nonmuscular actins have been observed in non-muscle cells.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications have not been tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 1:800 for 20 minutes at RT.
- No special pretreatment is required for the immunohistochemical staining of formalin/paraffin tissues.
- Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Positive Control:Smooth muscle or leiomyosarcoma
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
