特徴

  • Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation.
  • Other applications have not been tested.
  • Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 0.1-1ug/ml detects pMAPK in RIPA lysates from EGF-stimulated human A431 carcinoma cells.
  • Non-stimulated A431 and EGF-stimulated A431 cell lysates were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-pMAPK (0.5ug/ml).
  • Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system.
  • Immunoprecipitation: Use 1-10ug per immunoprecipitation.
  • Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
  • Positive Antigen Control:EGF-stimulated A431 lysate.
  • Use 20ug per lane for minigels.
  • Add 2.5ul of 2-mercaptoethanol/100ul of lysate and boil for 5 minutes to reduce the preparation.
  • Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
  • Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
  • Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
  • Store at -20°C.
  • For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
  • Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
