Recommended Dilutions:Immunoprecipitation: This antibody can be used to immunoprecipitate GRK2/3 from transfected cells.
Western Blot: 0.1-1ug/ml.
Detects GRK2/3 in RIPA lysates from mouse 3T3 fibroblasts.
Previous lots of this antibody detected GRK2/3 in bovine brain cytosol preparation, rat L6 myoblasts, human A431 carcinoma and human HeLa cell RIPA lysates.
3T3 cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with G8972 (0.1ug/ml).
Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system.
Positive Control Included:F4209: Fibroblast Cell, 3T3/A31.
Add 2.5ul of 2-mercaptoethanol/100ul of lysate and boil for 5 minutes to reduce the preparation.
Load 20ug of reduced lysate per lane for minigels.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
