特徴

• Western Blot: 0.5–2mg/ml detects Lck in RIPA lysates from Jurkat cells.
• Immunoprecipitation Kinase Assay: Reported to immunoprecipitate enzymatically active Lck as determined by immune complex kinase assays.
• Immunoprecipitation: 3mg of a previous lot immunoprecipitated Lck from 1mg of Jurkat RIPA lysate.
• Positive Antigen Control:Jurkat cell lysate.
• Use 20ug per lane for minigels.
• Jurkat cell lysate was resolved by electro-phoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-Lck (0.5mg/ml).
• Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for 12 months.
