- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation.

- Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 0.5-2ug/ml detected E2F4 in RIPA lysates from non-stimulated A431 cell lysate.
- Previous lots have detected E2F4 in HeLa nuclear extract, mouse 3T3 fibroblasts, and rat L6 skeletal myoblasts.
- Immunoprecipitation: 4-10ug immunoprecipitated E2F4 from 500ug of mouse 3T3/A431 cell lysate
- Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Postive Control:A0001-50 included.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
