- Recommended Dilution:Immunoblot: 0.5-2ug/ml
- Immunoprecipitation: 4ug immunoprecipitated p300 from HeLa nuclear extract.
- Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

- Add an equal volume of Laemmli reducing sample buffer to 5-10ul of lysate and boil for 5 minutes to reduce the preparation.
- Load 20ug of reduced lysate per lane for minigels.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
