- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunocytochemistry.
- Other applications have not been tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 0.5-2ug/ml detected PI 3-Kinase in RIPA lysates from A431 cells.
- Non-stimulated A431 cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-PI 3- Kinase (0.5mg/ml).
- Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemilumin-escence detection system.
- Immunocytochemistry: 10ug/ml.

- Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Positive Antigen Control: (Included):A0001-50: Non-stimulated A431 cell lysate.
- Use 20ug per lane for minigels.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
