• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunocytochemistry.

• Recommended Dilution:Immunocytochemistry: 5ug/ml.
• Demonstrates positive immunostaining for EGF receptor in A431cells fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde followed by 100% methanol.
• Western Blot: 0.5-2ug/ml.
• Detects EGF receptor (~180kD) in RIPA lysates from human A431 cells under reducing conditions.
• A431 cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with E3375-11 (1ug/ml).
• Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse IgG labeled with HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system.
• Immunoprecipitation: 4ug.
• Immunoprecipitates EGF receptor from 500ug of A431 RIPA lysate.
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

• Hybridoma:X63-Ag8.653x Balb/c-spleen cells.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• For long-term storage, store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
