I6098-52BN is a control to approximate the amount of nonspecific binding of FITC conjugated mouse IgG2b monoclonal antibodies to human lymphocytes in a whole blood procedure with analysis by flow cytometry.
It is suitable for use as negative isotype control for FC analysis using the primary antibody H6098-52A (anti-HLA Class 1 Antigen B27 (FITC) antibody).
Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.
Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilution:Flow Cytometry: 1ug (10ul) per 100ul whole blood.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
FITC/Protein Ratio:6.0
Storage and Stability:Store at 4°C in the dark.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
