特徴
- CD24 is a single chain glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchored cell surface sialoglycoprotein.
- Expressed early in B lymphocytes ontogeny and lost at the plasma cell stage.
- In contrast, CD24 antigen is absent from T lymphocytes, NK cells, monocytes, erythrocytes and platelets.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry and studies of peripheral blood B cells.
- Other applications have not been tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections
- Immunocytochemistry: Cell smears
- Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Hybridoma:NS1/AG4.1 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice.
- Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder and reconstituted products must be stored at 4°C.
- For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C.
- Do not freeze.
- Reconstitute with sterile dH2O.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
