特徴
Pepsinogen I, a zymogen, or proenzyme secreted by Chief cells in the stomach, is cleaved to form pepsin both in an autocatalytic fashion and by pepsin itself.
In humans there are two related forms of pepsin, Pepsinogen I, also known as Pepsinogen A, and Pepsinogen II, also known as Pepsinogen B or progastricsin.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and RIA.
Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin sections.
Requires HIER using sodium citrate buffer pH6.0 prior to staining.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
