特徴
- Osteocalcin is single-chain (MW 5800) vitamin K-dependent protein produced by osteoblasts and found in high concentrations in bone.
- Applications:Suitable for use in RIA, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications have not been tested.
- Recommended Dilution
- ELISA: 100-1000ug/ml.
- Coat plate with Osteocalcin at 5-10ug/ml.
- Western Blot: 10ug/ml
- Immunohistochemistry: 10-15ug/ml
- Note: Assays require 1-2mM CaCl2.
- Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Source:Ascites
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
