LFA-1 is a general leukocyte cell adhesion molecule, its activity being regulated by cell activation.
Hybridoma:Formed from the fusion of PAI mouse myeloma cells and LN cells from a BALB/c mouse.
Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Adhesion Blocking.
Other applications not tested.
Working Dilution:Flow Cytometry: 1:100-1:200 (0.5-1ug will label about 10e6 cells)
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add glycerol (25–50%) and freeze at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
仕様
Size:200ug
Host:mouse
Source Antibody:rat
Grade:Affinity Purified
Purity:Purified by affinity chromatography.
Form:Liquid in PBS, 0.02% sodium azide
Specificity:Recognizes the rat LFA-1 (lymphocyte function associated molecule-1) beta chain (CD18; 95-100kD) which is associated with the alpha chain (CD11a; 160-70kD). Therefore, this monoclonal antibody recognizes Mac-1 and gp150/95 as well as LFA-1. Inhibits homotypic aggregation of PHA blasts and blocks binding of rat lymphocytes to purified rat ICAM-1.
