特徴

• CD49d (VLA-4) inhibits adhesion of rat lymphocytes to cytokine-activated endothelial cells.
• It blocks binding of rat lymphocytes to purified VCAM-1 and to the CS-1 peptide of fibronectin.
• VLA-4 is a leukocyte integrin which plays an important role in lymphocyte adhesion and activation.
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA.
• Other applications have not been tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Hybridoma:Hybridization of P3U1 mouse myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile glycerol (40-50%), aliquot and store at -20°C or colder.
• Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
