- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Neutralization.
- Other applications have not been tested.

- Recommended Dilution:Neutralization: 1-3ug/m Will yield one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity of hMCP-3 (100ng/ml)
- ELISA (Sandwich): 2.0-4.0ug/ml (using 100ul/well antibody) Detection limit of 0.5-1.0ug/well antigen.
- Western Blot: 0.5-1.0ug/ml.
- Detection limit is 2.0-4.0ng/lane, under reducing and 0.25-0.5ng/lane under non-reducing conditions.
- Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Hybridoma:Produced in C3H/HeJ mice.
- Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
- Reconstitute with sterile dH2O.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
