• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.

• Recommended Dilutions:ELISA (Sandwich): 2-4ug/ml using 100ul/well antibody solution In conjunction with biotinylated anti-human Interleukin 8 (I8430-03) as a detection antibody, allows the detection of at least 1000pg/ml of recombinant human Interleukin 8.
• Western Blot: 0.2-0.4ug/ml.
• Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant human Interleukin 8 is 2-4ng/lane under non-reducing conditions.
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Recommended Secondary Antibodies:I1904-65D: IgG, H&L (AP) Pab Rb xMo
• I1904-65J: IgG, H&L, X-Adsorbed (AP) Pab Rb xMo
• I1904-65P: IgG (AP) Pab Rb xMo
• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
• Reconstitute with sterile dH2O.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
