特徴
- Troponin Complex is a heteromeric protein playing an important role in the regulation of skeletal and cardiac muscle contraction.
- It consists of three subunits, Troponin I , Troponin T and Troponin C.
- Each subunit is responsible for part of Troponin Complex function.
- E.g.
- Troponin I inhibits ATP-ase activity of acto-myosin.
- Troponin T and Troponin I are presented in cardiac muscles in different forms than in skeletal muscles.
- Applications:Suitable for Western Blot and ELISA.
- Other applications have not been tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
