• The Universal DNA Purification Kit adopts a unique buffer system and the spin column to purify DNA from agarose gel or solution （PCR products, enzymatic reaction, etc.） rapidly and high-effectively. This kit is effective for any type of agarose in either TAE or TBE buffer. Buffer PC contains a pH indicator, allowing determination of the optimal pH for DNA binding. DNA fragments ranging from 100 bp to 8 kb could be effectively purified by using a specially developed spin column CB2. The purification efficiency is more than 80％. DNA fragments purified with Universal DNA Purification Kit can be used directly in downstream applications such as restriction enzyme digestion, PCR amplification, sequencing, hybridization, cloning ligation, etc.
