• 背景：RUO Utomilumab is a fully-human IgG2 agonist mAb that selectively binds human 4-1BB/CD137, resulting in NF-κB activation and downstream cytokine production in cell lines and primary lymphocytes. Utomilumab can induce human leukocyte proliferation and has demonstrated significant antitumor activity as a single agent in human peripheral blood lymphocyte (PBL) SCID xenograft tumor models.
