• 背景：Bevacizumab biosimilar is vascular endothelial growth factor directed antibody. Bevacizumab biosimilar is a recombinant humanized monoclonal IgG1 antibody that contains human framework regions and murine complementarity-determining regions. Bevacizumab biosimilar has an approximate molecular weight of 149 kDa. Bevacizumab is produced in a mammalian cell (Chinese Hamster Ovary) expression system in a nutrient medium.
