特徴

• 背景：Forkhead box protein D4 (FOXD4)also named as FKHL9 or Myeloid factor alpha is a 439 amino acid protein, which contains one fork head DNA-binding domain. FOXD4L6 localizes in the nucleus. FOXD4 as an embryonic transcriptional regulator involves in leukemogenesis. The molecular weight of FOXD4L6 is 47kDa, but our experiment always detected a 60-70kDa protein by western blot.
