特徴
- Receptor for the cytotoxic ligand TRAIL. Lacks a cytoplasmic death domain and hence is not capable of inducing apoptosis. May protect cells against TRAIL mediated apoptosis by competing with TRAIL-R1 and R2 for binding to the ligand.
- Partial recombinant protein corresponding to aa26-221 from human Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 10C, fused to 6xHis-hFc-Tag at C-terminal, expressed in Mammalian cell.

- Biological Activity:The ED50 as determined by its ability to inhibit TRAIL-mediated cytotoxicity using L?929 mouse fibroblast cells treated with TRAIL is typically 450ng/ml.

- Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
