特徴

• PTH elevates calcium level by dissolving the salts in bone and preventing their renal excretion. Stimulates [1-14C]-2-deoxy-D-glucose (2DG) transport and glycogen synthesis in osteoblastic cells.
• Recombinant protein corresponding to aa32-115 from human Parathyroid hormone, expressed in E.coli.

• Biological Activity:The ED50 as determined by its ability to induce cAMP accumulation in MC3T3?E1 mouse preosteoblast cells is less than 0.1ug/ml

Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
