特徴

• Seems to be involved in cell adhesion through trans-homophilic and -heterophilic interactions, the latter including specifically interactions with NECTIN1. Does not act as receptor for alpha-herpesvirus entry into cells.
• Partial recombinant protein corresponding to aa32-351 from human Nectin-4, fused to 6xHis-Tag at C-terminal, expressed in Mammalian cells.
• Molecular Weight:~35.3kD
• Biological Activity:Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of NIH‑3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cells. When 5 x 104 cells/well are added to recombinant human Nectin-4 coated plates (10ug/ml with 100ul/well), approximately >50% will adhere after 1 hour incubation at 37 °C.

• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
