特徴

• Binds to sodium channels (Nav) and inhibits the inactivation of the activated channels, thereby blocking neuronal transmission. This toxin is highly toxic to insects and mice, and inhibits the binding of alpha-toxin to cockroach neuronal membranes.
• Source:Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-64 from Leiurus hebraeus Alpha-like toxin Lqh6, fused to 10X His-Tag at N-terminal and Myc-Tag at C-terminal, expressed in Baculovirus.
