Canine interleukin-13 is an immunoregulatory cytokine produced by activated T lymphocytes. In canines IL-13 is thought to have a regulatory role in allergic diseases. In in vitro experiments IL-13 was able to stimulate production of allergen-specific-IgE.

Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS, 0.1% carrier protein. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
