Compete Serum-Free Spheroid Wash Buffer is formulated to wash the spheroids free of the growth medium to prepare the spheroids for dissociation and to wash the spheroids after dissociation to remove the enzymes to ensure optimal survival of the cells following dissociation. The Buffer is filtered to ensure sterility and maintained at 4°C until ready for use. The Buffer is shipped at ambient temperature and is ready to use to wash human FL-HCC spheroids.
Handling Spheroid Wash Buffer:1. Spheroid Wash Buffer is complete and ready to use:a. Store in 4°C refrigerator until ready for use
b. For optimal performance warm in 37°C water bath immediately prior to use
c. DO NOT leave buffer in 37°C water bath for longer than 5 minutes as this may result in degradation of the growth factors and proteins in the bufferd. Store buffer in 4°C refrigerator in the dark after each usee. Use FL-HCC Spheroid Wash Buffer within 12 monthsf. DO NOT freeze Wash Buffer
