Compete Serum-Free FL-HCC Spheroid Dissociation Medium is formulated for dissociation of human FL-HCC spheroids. FL-HCC Spheroid Dissociation medium enzymes necessary for the dissociation of the spheroids with optimal survival of the cells and is filtered to ensure sterility, frozen and maintained in -80°C ultralow freezer until ready for use. The medium isshipped on dry ice and when thawed, the medium is complete and ready to use for dissociation of human FL-HCC spheroids.
Handling Kubota’s FL-HCC Spheroid Complete Growth Medium:1. FL-HCC Spheroid Dissociation medium is complete and ready touse:a. Store in -80°C ultralow freezer until ready for useb. For optimal performance place frozen bottle of media in 4°C refrigerator to thaw overnight. The next day it will be ready to use
c. You may also thaw in 37°C waterbathi. Place frozen bottle of media in waterbathii. Invert bottle every 5-10 minutes until only a small ice ball remains thenremove from the waterbathd. DO NOT leave media in 37°C waterbath for longer than 5 minutes as this may result in degradation of the growth factors, proteins and glutamine in the mediae. Store thawed media in 4°C refrigerator in the darkf. Use FL-HCC Spheroid Dissociation medium within one monthg. DO NOT re-freeze FL-HCC Spheroid Dissociaiton Medium
Storage and Stability:Store the complete medium at 4°C in the dark until ready for use.
