特徴

• Raji cell are established from the left maxilla of a 12 year old boy with Burkitt's lymphoma, in 1963. it is the first continuous human hematopoietic cell line. It has become an indispensable tool in hematological research and leukaemia and lymphoma studies.
• Quality Control:Western Blot analyzed by both GAPDH and Beta tubulin antibody
• Preparation Before Usage:Heat lysate to 95°C for 5 minutes and rapidly cool before use.
• Storage and Stability:Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
