特徴

• CSH1, also known as placental lactogen, is a member of the PRL/GH family. CSH1 gene is located on chromosome 17q which participates in the regulation of postnatal and intrauterine growth. This protein isproduced only during preganancy and plays important role in increase of pancreatic islets. It also inhibits apoptosis of insulinoma cell lines by activating the phosphorylation of AKT protein. CSH1 activates PRLR throughzinc-induced dimerization but does not interact with GHR.

• Biological Activity:Measured in a cell proliferation assay using Nb2-11 Rat lymphoma cells. The ED50 range ≤ 0.8ng/ml.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
