NME2, also known as NM23B, is a heterodimeric protein functioning as a nucleoside diphosphate (NDP) kinase. NME1 and NME2 comprise the 152aa A and B polypeptide chains of the NM23 enzyme, respectively. NME2 is identical to the beta subunit of human erythrocyte NDP kinase. NDP kinases are involved in the synthesis of nucleoside triphosphates, and NM23 may act in the regulation of signal transduction by complexing with G proteins, causing activation/inactivation of developmental pathways.
Vector Description:This shuttle vector contains the complete ORF. It is inseted BamH I to Xho I. The gene insert contains multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene and recombination site into your expression vector.
cDNA Size:459bp
Preparation before Usage:1. Centrifuge at 7000rpm for 1 minute
2. Carefully open the vial and add 100ul of sterile water to dissolve the DNA
Each tube contains approximately 10ug of lyophilized plasmid.
