• CBFB, also known as PEBP2B, is the beta subunit of a heterodimeric core-binding transcription factor belonging to the PEBP2/CBF transcription factor family which master-regulates a host of genes specific to hematopoiesis (e. g., RuNX1) and osteogenesis (e. g., RuNX2). This protein is a non-DNA binding regulatory subunit and it allosterically enhances DNA binding by alpha subunit.
• Vector Description:This shuttle vector contains the complete ORF. It is inseted BamH I to Xho I. The gene insert contains multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene and recombination site into your expression vector.
