PsuI restriction enzyme recognizes R^GATCY site and cuts best at 37°C in 5–15 minutes using universal FastDigest Buffer. Isoschizomers: BstX2I, BstYI, MflI, XhoII.
PsuI is one of an advanced line of fast restriction enzymes that are all 100% active in the universal FastDigest and FastDigest Green reaction buffers.

Storage and Stability:Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
