• Usage Guidelines:
• RPL activity requires metal ions. All buffers must be supplemented with 1mM CaCl2, MgCl2 and MnCl2
• Recommended dilution to desired working concenration (≤20ug/ml) in TBS, pH 7.6
• Following dilution with TBS and supplemented with metal ions, the RPL should be incubated for a minimum of 30 minutes prior to use to allow the metal complexation.

• Storage and Stability:Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
