Recombinant protein corresponding to aa319-541 from SARS-CoV-2 Spike protein S1 subunit, receptor binding domain (RBD), fused at the C-terminus of the Fc portion of human IgG1, fused to a C-terminal Avi-tag, expressed in a HEK293 cells.
Molecular Weight:~54kD, runs at a higher MW by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
Applications:Suitable for use in the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors and selectivity profiling. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
