Applications:Suitable for the use in study of protein binding and for screening small molecules and antibodies. Other applications not tested.
Assay Conditions:100nM of biotinylated TIGIT was incubated for 1 hour with the indicated concentration of CD155 in a 10ul reaction in with TIGIT Assay Buffer. Chelate Acceptor beads were added and incubated for 30min. followed by Strep-donor beads for 30min and alpha counts were read.
Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
