Applications:Suitable for the use in study of enzyme kinetics, substrate specificity, and screening inhibitors. Other applications not tested.
Assay Conditions:Assay was performed by mixing 10ul of varying concentrations of mouse TDO2 with 170ul of TDO Reaction Solution and 20ul of 1x TDO Assay Buffer. This reaction was incubated at room temperature for 90min and absorbance was read at = 320-325nm.
Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
