Applications:Suitable for the use in study of protein-protein interaction and in vitro and in vivo protein function. Other applications not tested.
Assay Conditions:Add 50ul of PD-1-Biotin in assay buffer (PBS with 0.1% BSA) to the wells precoated with PD-L1 on a white maxisorp plate. Incubate the reaction mixture at room temperature for 2 hours. Wash and block wells. Then add streptavidin-HRP and incubate for 1 hour. Finally, add HRP chemiluminescent substrates and read luminescence.
Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
