Applications:Suitable for the use in study of protein binding and for screening small molecules and antibodies. Other applications not tested.
Assay Conditions:Add CD38 enzyme to 50ul reaction mix containing NGD + (Nicotinamide Guanine Dinucleotide). Incubate 4 min at room temperature. Read fluorescence (delta exc = 300nm, delta em = 410nm).
Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
