The Human anti-SARS-CoV2 IgM BioAssay™ ELISA Kit is a quantitative indirect assay for the in vitro determination of anti-SARS-CoV2 IgM concentrations in plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids.
Range:0.78-50ng/ml
Sensitivity:<0.469ng/ml
Reactivity:This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Anti-SARS-CoV2 IgM. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Anti-SARS-CoV2 IgM and analogues was observed.

Test Principle (Research Use Only):This kit was based on indirect enzyme-linked immune-sorbent assay technology. Antigen was pre-coated onto 96-well plates. And the HRP conjugated antibody was used as detection antibodies. The standards, test samples and HRP conjugated detection antibody were added to the wells subsequently, and washed with wash buffer. TMB substrates were used tovisualize HRP enzymatic reaction. TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that changed into yellow after adding acidic stop solution. The density of yellow is proportional to the target amount of sample captured in plate. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader, and then the concentration of target can be calculated.
Storage and Stability:Store unopened Microplate at 4ºC; store at -20ºC once opened. Store unopened standard at 4°C; once reconstituted, store at 4°C for up to 12 hours or at -20°C for up to 48 hours. Store other components at 4°C. Kit is stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vials after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
