The Human anti-2019 nCoV(N) IgG BioAssay™ ELISA Kit allows for the qualitative determination of nCoV-IgG antibody in human serum, plasma, saliva and nasal fluid.
Test Principle (Research Use Only):This kit was based on indirect enzyme-linked immune-sorbent assay technology. Recombinant nCoV Nucleocapsid protein (antigen) was pre-coated onto 96-well plates. The test samples were added tothe wells, unbound conjugates were washed away with wash buffer. Then added HRP conjugated anti-human IgG, if there were any anti-nCoV-IgG in the samples, it would form a complex. TMB substrates were used to visualize HRP enzymatic reaction. It was catalyzed by HRP to produce ablue color product that changed into yellow after adding acidic stop solution. The optical density of developed color is read with a suitable photometer at 450nm with a selected reference wavelength within 650nm.
Storage and Stability:Store unopened Microplate at 4ºC; store at -20ºC once opened. Store unopened standard at 4°C; once reconstituted, store at 4°C for up to 12 hours or at -20°C for up to 48 hours. Store other components at 4°C. Kit is stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vials after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
