Tris Buffered Saline (TBS) with Tween 20 is a 20X concentrated buffer for preparing TBS-Tween (TBS-T) wash buffers or blocking buffer diluent used for applications such as ELISA, WesternBlot and other immunoassays.

Directions:Add 1 volume of T8600-17: TBS-T, 20X to 19 volumes of ddH2O. Mix well before use. Make fresh working solution each day.
Storage and Stability:Store 20X concentrate at 4°C. Stable for 12 months after receipt.
