特徴

• CD8 alpha, also known as T-cell surface glycoprotein CD8 alpha chain isoform 1, is a member of integral membrane glycoprotein that plays an essential role in the immune response and serves multiple functions in responses. It interacts with the T-cell receptor and the MHC class I proteins presented by antigen presenting cells. Homodimers of this protein at the cell surface provides a survival mechanism allowing conjugation and lysis of multiple target cells in NK-cells.

• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
