• This agarose matrix is embedded within paramagnetic beads. Agarose is activated by aldehyde to couple with Arachis hypogaea (Peanut) Lectin (PNA) and obtain maximum binding per bead for iP applications.

For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
