Sample Type:Serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids
Intended Use:The kit is a sandwich enzyme immunoassay for in vitro quantitative measurement of SUMO1 in mouse serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids.
Sensitivity:27pg/ml
Range:78-5000pg/ml
Specificity:This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of High Sensitive Small Ubiquitin Related Modifier Protein 1 (SUMO1). No significant cross-reactivity or interference between High Sensitive Small Ubiquitin Related Modifier Protein 1 (SUMO1) and analogues was observed.
Precision:Intra-Assay: CV<10% Inter-Assay: CV<12%
Test Principle:The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to SUMO1. Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to SUMO1. Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain SUMO1, biotin-conjugatedantibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically ata wavelength of 450nm ± 10nm. The concentration of SUMO1 in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.
Storage and Stability:Store all components at 4°C. Stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
