Sample Type:Serum, plasma, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids
Intended Use:The kit is a competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique for the in vitro quantitative measurement of noradrenaline in serum, plasma, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.
Sensitivity:4.39pg/ml
Range:12.35-1000pg/ml
Specificity:This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of High Sensitive Noradrenaline (NE). No significant cross-reactivity or interference between High Sensitive Noradrenaline (NE) and analogues was observed.
Precision:Intra-Assay: CV<10% Inter-Assay: CV<12%
Test Principle:This assay employs the competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique. A monoclonal antibody specific to noradrenaline has been pre-coated onto a microplate. A competitive inhibition reaction is launched between biotin labeled noradrenaline and unlabeled noradrenaline (Standards or samples) with the pre-coated antibody specific to noradrenaline. After incubation the unbound conjugate is washed off. Next, avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. The amount of bound HRPconjugate is reverse proportional to the concentration of noradrenaline in the sample. After addition of the substrate solution, the intensity of color developed is reverse proportional to the concentration of noradrenaline inthe sample.
Storage and Stability:Store all components at 4°C. Stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
