The Anti-Glutamate Receptor, Ionotropic, N-Methyl-D-Aspartate 2A (Anti-GRIN2A) BioAssay™ ELISA Kit (Human) is an enzyme immunoassay for in vitro quantitative measurement of Anti-GRIN2A in human serum, plasma and other biological fluids.
Sensitivity:1.33ng/ml
Range:3.12-200ng/ml
Specificity:This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Anti-Glutamate Receptor, Ionotropic, N-Methyl-D-Aspartate 2A Antibody (Anti-GRIN2A). No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Anti-Glutamate Receptor, Ionotropic, N-Methyl-D-Aspartate 2A Antibody (Anti-GRIN2A) and analogues was observed.
Precision:Intra-Assay: CV<10% Inter-Assay: CV<12%
Test Principle:The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with GRIN2A. Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP)-conjugated secondary antibody After TMB substrate solution is added, those wells that contain Anti-GRIN2A will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm ± 10nm. The concentration of Anti-GRIN2A in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.
Storage and Stability:Store all components at 4°C. Stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
