Purity:The precipitin lines against goat anti-human whole serum are the same as that against goat anti-human IgM Fc5u fragment specific when assayed by immunoelectrophoresis at an antigen concentration equivalent to20mg/mL. No reaction was observed against goat anti-human IgG, Fc fragment specific; goat anti-human IgA, alpha chain specific; or goat anti-human alpha-2-macroglobulin.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunoelectrophoresis. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
