• The Phospho-Lamin A/C (Ser22) BioAssay™ ELISA Kit is a convenient, lysate-free, high throughput and sensitive assay kit that can monitor Lamin A/C protein phosphorylation and expresssion profile in cells. It can be used for measuring the relative amounts of phosphorylated Lamin A/C in cultured cells as well as screening for the effects that various treatments, inhibitors (i.e. siRNA, or chemicals) or activators have on Lamin A/C phosphorylation.

• Storage and Stability:Store all components at 4°C. Reconstituted *473185F, *473185G and *473185H are stable for 2 weeks at 4°C. *473185Q should be stored at RT or warmed up to RT if stored at 4ºC. Other components are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
